Have you heard about GeeCON? It's an awsome conference that will take place in Poznań, Poland. Time: 13-14 May. You should be there.
Also you might be interested in the following initiative. It's aside from the conference (unfortunatelly). The site is in Polish but it should not be a problem in Google age ...
